HOW YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED
When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

PAYMENT
Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER.

RETURNS
Gift Certificates/e-Gift Cards: Gift Certificates/e-Gift Cards are valid for merchandise purchases only and are not redeemable or subject to exchange for cash or equivalent. Returns paid via gift card can be exchanged for the same item or items of greater value. The difference in pricing and return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Bulk Orders: Branded drop ship merchandise orders and bulk event purchases from ShopMeritor.com are not eligible for exchange or return.
Final Sales: Items purchased as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

All eligible returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
