When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.
CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
Orders can be placed by using one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER.
BILLING FOR NON-INVENTORIED CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER AND PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE:
+/-5% is considered a complete order and will be invoiced accordingly. Exact quantity requests can be made to ProgramCustomerCare@halo.com, an additional charge for such request may apply.
Inventory Items: We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, please contact our Customer Service Team at 800.468.4332 to advise them of your return and have your Sales Order number ready for reference. Merchandise cannot be returned without HALO Branded Solutions' consent. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the oringinal invoice or packing slip.
Made to Order Items: These items are produced as made to order items and are not able to be returned unless defective. If you are not satisified due to poor quality, please contact our Customer Service Team at 800.468.4332.
